Dulce De Leche (Spanish for ‘Sweet from milk’) is made by gently simmering sweetened milk slowly until it caramelizes. Considered an ‘ambrosia’ of flavors, it has been described as an obsession in South America and has exploded in popularity in the USA. We use real Dulce de Leche to make our mouse layer cake that is absolutely delicious!
