Description
Panna Cotta (Italian for ‘cooked cream’) is a luscious, smooth, eggless vanilla custard that originated in the northern Piedmont region of Italy. It is made by simmering together cream, milk and sugar, mixing with gelatin and cooling until set. Panna cotta’s light, pure white color brings to mind the snow-covered peaks of the Italian Alps.
